They made a new head, but it was a poor substitute for the original. When Padre Recinos turned up in Santiago Atitlán last week uninvited, he was met with silence and sullen stares. The padre hopefully offered to say Good Friday Mass without payment if someone would offer him food and lodging. He was answered with cold silence. newer mask |
