14 Baktun: Vatican Astronomer Jose Funes Says Pope's Phosphate Excrement Per Earth Orbit Can Predict Coming Collapse

14 Baktun: Vatican Astronomer Jose Funes Says Pope's Phosphate Excrement Per Earth Orbit Can Predict Coming Collapse
by Tony Ryals

When contacted by phone and asked if the pope fit the average human statistic of approximately a pound and a half or a bit over half a kilo of phosphates excreted from his body every year or earth orbit, Reverend Vatican Priest-Astronomer Jose Funes responded rather irritatedly,'Well, after all he is only human.....' However some may doubt that humaness in light of the rfact that he was a Nazi soldier,no matter what the excuse.
How many believe Jesus would have become a Nazi soldier no matter what the social pressure.Putting the lie to any excuse regarding that fact is the fact that after being an unrepentent  Nazi soldier he actually headed the Catholic Church's historic Nazi equivalent - the Office of the Inquisition which is now called  Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith! This was the very office that put Galileo on trial for his belief that the earth orbited the sun ! And that anyone knows one one of their least repressive acts in light of the untold number of 'souls' the tortured and burned at the stake over the centuries. The office of the Inquisition that Cardinal Ratzinger aka Pope Benedict headed was in every way just like the worst of Nazi 'philosophy' only, thank gawd, with less murderous technology at its disposal !

In personal communication with me Pope Benedict's Vatican astronomer, Argentine Rev.Jose Funes  has acknowledged that ex Nazi soldier and ex head of the Catholic Church's  historic organ of the Inquisition Joseph Ratzinger aka Pope Benedict XVI,now known as Pope Benedict XVI,is indeed full of it,although he didn't exactly phrase it in exactly that manner.I had contacted him with a query regarding a message I had put into the hands of the Catholic Church's Pro Nunciate  in the 1980's when he came to Monterey,California to promote the beatification of Junipero Serra that was titled,'The Pope's Misconceptions about Conception and science history'' that was published a few years later as an editorial in the U.C. Berkely Daily Californian in 1987 a few days after Pope John Paul II's visit to San Francisco. At the time I was unaware of his previous life in Argentina and that he himself had blood on his hands and colluded with the very pro U.S.and Iraeli Argenine Generals who had aided them in torture and drug trafficking in Central America in what would become known as Iran-Contra as well as sat silent while innocent and pregnant young wqomwn in Argentina accused of being 'communists' would be held as pregant prisinors to be fattened for the birth to give their babies to elite far right military connected familes and then no longer useful 'baby machines' to be slaughtered and disappeared , oten with thei bodies disposed of  by dropping from planes or helicopters into the Atlantic Ocean.

Doomsday: The Mayan Long Count calendar begins in 3,114 B.C., marking time in roughly 394-year periods known as Baktuns
The Mayan Long Count calendar begins in 3,114 B.C., marking time in roughly 394-year periods known as Baktuns

From London Daily Mail :

The Vatican’s top astronomer has some assurances to offer - the world won’t be ending in eight days, despite predictions to the contrary.
Father Jose Funes, director of the Vatican Observatory, said that 'it’s not even worth discussing' doomsday scenarios based on the Mayan calendar that are flooding the Internet ahead of the purported December 21 apocalypse.
The 45-year-old Jesuit priest who is head of the Vatican Observatory and a scientific adviser to
Pope Benedict gave the assurances in Wednesday’s Vatican newspaper L’Osservatore
Romano. He acknowledged that the Universe was slowly expanding but that the destruction of the Earth – if it ever does occur – will not happen for billions of years. But he said Christians profoundly believe that 'death can never have the last word.'
The Mayan Long Count calendar begins in 3,114 B.C., marking time in roughly 394-year periods known as Baktuns. The Mayans wrote that the significant 13th Baktun ends December 21.
A few years ago Father Funes said that extraterrestrial life was a valid area of investigation for the Catholic Church.

The Daily Mail or Vatican Priest-Astronomer Jose Funes may as well have said that our western or Gregorian calendar 'predicts' that New Years Day will occur on January 1.2013.And indeed whatwe call 'New Years Day' will occur precisely on that date.A brilliant 'prediction' wouldn't you say ? The article as you can see quoted bove states,'The Mayans wrote that the significant 13th Baktun ends December 21' and of course according to their calender indeed it does and is a quite accurate indeed but it 'predicts' nothing except the end of 13 Baktun and the beginning of 14 Baktun ! It's a calendar for gawds sake and NOT an astrological reading !In fact as a measurement of the Mayan Long Count it is so accurate that it can be mathematically corelated to our calander and we call that date December 21,2012 - nothing more and nothing less. Both are calenderic measurements that correspond to dates, future or past. However even more bizar about all this emphasis on the END of 13 Baktun when of the two or so archeological site that make reference to 13 Baktun at all nothing in the mention pertains to any particular occurance at that time whatsoever and why anyone would expect it to be precisely on the last day of 13 Baktun is even funnier.13 Baktun began 294 years ago and the reference to 13 Baktun at those archeological could and probably did perrtain to the beginning of 13 Baktun 294 + years ago and not the last day which will be the beginning 14 Baktun !

Above Priest-Astronomer Jose Funes acknowledges that that destruction of the earth itself is many years or as even the Catholic Church accepts it,many earth orbits away. However and for that very reason the church is contributing to the extinction of humanity many many millions of years or earth orbits ahead of that time. You can review the essay that I wrote in 1981 in reponse to Pope John Paul II's claim that birth control was unneccessary because 'modern agriculture' would provide unlimited food for a growing human population.Basically I point out that the church's teaching of Aristotle's four elements,'earth, air, water and fire' has come unglued since the discovery of atoms and he showed himself to be as confused regarding the movement of atoms into and through and out of himself and his parishioners as the pope in Galileo's time was about the movement of the stars and planets and other celestial bodies.Only that while taking ovrer 300 years to pardon Galileo for suggexting to them that the earth was in orbit around the sun and that each year equaled one orbit as Galileo's German colleague Johanes Kepler proved - the present pope(s) did not have another 300 years or earth orbits to realise that the collpse of  'modern agriculture'  could be predicted based upon the mined depletable phosphates that the pope consumed in his food and excreted into the sewage system of Rome alone !

As for fears that the world is coming to an end, Fr José Funes of the Vatican’s astronomical observatory says “not yet”, while affirming that no one should worry about the “prophecies” of a Mayan end-of-the-world scenario. “According to the prophecy, there will be an alignment of the planets and the Sun with the center of the Milky Way as well as an inversion of the Earth’s magnetic poles. It is not the trouble to debate the scientific basis of these affirmations,” said Funes, “which are obviously false.”
Nonetheless, Funes noted that a 2003 trip to the Mayan ruins at Copán in Honduras showed him that the ancient Mayas were indeed very astute observers of the heavens.  According to Funes, the Mayas were not interested in whether or not the Sun was the center of the cosmos. They were more interested in finding “a repeating design of past observations that could be reproduced in the future, given that in that culture time had a cyclical and repetitive dimension.”

.........
Considering the power of intellect displayed by the Mayan civilization,it is wrong for the Catholic priest and astronomer Funes to make claims for what Mayan intellectuals might or might not be interested in.In my opinion had a Mayan Johanes Kepler appeared with an astrolabe and the abilty to use it and make correct interpretations and proofs with it that the the earth and other planets, such as Venus that was perceived to be a star, did indeed orbit the sun and furthermore its orbit was elliptical, his observtions would have been incorporated into the Mayan astronomic view and a revised view of astronomy and perhaps even religion might have followed. However the Mayan priests who controlled astronomy as part of their religion may indeed have rebelled and gone for the Mayan Kepler's jugular or heart just as Jose Funes' Catholic astronomer priests went for Galileo's jugular.
In both cases religious  mythology and its priests  dictated and in many ways hindered science as much as they supported it.I n the case of Galileo Jusuit priests not only refuted Galileo by reading the dogmatic and unscientific view of the ancient Greek Aristotle tht the universe was composed of five elements - earth air fire and water being the less pure elements down here on earth and the moon that mixed and intermingled with one another as a result of their impurity -and the fifth element that composed the statrs and planets and was a pure elment that didn't mix or intermigle or have contact with the lowlier four. But even more detrimental to Galileo was the Catholic priestly argument that the Bible backed them up against him, citing  Biblical verse in order to pressure the pope to go for Galileo's jugular or heart.:

Considering the probable fact that Mayan priests like their Catholic counterparts had their own religious views and dogmas to protect, which to them also well trancended truth or fact, it is quite possible that they might have been antagonistic to a Mayan Kepler presenting irrrefutable proof of the earth's orbit around the sun as the Catholic priests of Rome were to espousing the same belief and even more so considering that Galileo unlike Kepler didn't really have any proof whatsoever.Nonetheless Galileo's telecopic observation of the the waxing and waning   of Venus just as moon waxed and waned was certainly enough in itself to destroy Aristotle's dogma about srars and planets being composed of a 'fifth element'.This waxing and waning or monthly phases of the moon was why Aristotelians, including Jesuits, included the moon as 'down here in the center'of the universe and like earth to be also composed of the lrss pure four elements - earth, air, water and fire.

In fact the priestly view of of Maya was indeed exactly that of the Catholic priests and Aristotelians in their dogmatic view of an earth centerd universe!:

I have also learned that anonymous members of the Ponifical Academy of Sciences,(coincidentally since Pietro Redondi found, buried deep in Vatican archives, a complaint against Galileo made by Jesuits who were leading the Catholic Church's hate campaign against Galileo and pressuring Pope Pius to throw the book or the Bible at him for his audacity in presuming the earth orbited the sun, that  Galileo among his other 'sins' was also an 'atomist' and although, like his belief that the earth orbited the sun, he had provided no proofs were either belief),secretly had the pope's toilet directed away from the main Vatican sewage line and ran it to a labotatory a short distance from the pope's bedroom where they confirmed that the pope in accordance with the average male of the species excreted from his body  approximately or a bit above a pound and a half of phosphates per year or,as  Galileo would phrased  it, per earth orbit .The measurement was in fact so precise that the pope's could indeed be used like an hour glass if  samples of his excreted phosphate, taken daily, were measured. And of course if the lab tecnicians measured a pound and a half or a bit more phosphate in the pope's excrement they could actually and were actually measuring the passage of one year or one orbit of the earth around the sun without need of other devices such as calanders or clocks !
Surprisingly although Peitro Redondi in his book,Galileo Heratic',that revealed his discovery of the complaint against Galileo for his belief in atoms,Redondo never discused how modern atomic and molecular chemistry
could now allow us to quantify the flow of atoms through the pope's and everybodies bodies per year or as the Catholic Church now accepts, per earth orbit and because this phosphate was derived from mining limited reserves of phosphates in Florida and Idaho and Morocco and China, etc.,could actually be used to predict the collpse of modern agiculture perhaps within only a few decades of the coming Mayan Baktun 14 !

CUTTING A DEAL WITH THE INQUISTION

By PIETRO CORSI; Pietro Corsi is a historian of science in Florence, Italy. His new book, ''Science and Religion: The Anglican Debate 1800-1860,'' will be published in February
Published: November 15, 1987

GALILEO HERETIC By Pietro Redondi. Translated by Raymond Rosenthal.

In ''Galileo Heretic'' Pietro Redondi, a researcher at the French National Council for Scientific Research, has shown little patience with the traditional account of Galileo's prosecution. Indeed, he peremptorily claims that apologists of the church and historians alike have lost 350 years fighting over a well-planned deception by the Pope, the Holy Office and Galileo himself. Copernicanism was not the true issue in Galileo's trial, according to Mr. Redondi; far more serious accusations were made against the scientist, of such a nature that Galileo himself accepted the relatively mild condemnation of being a supporter of Copernicus rather than face the danger of being burned as a heretic.
Mr. Redondi's story is brilliantly told in a style that admirers of Umberto Eco's novel, ''The Name of the Rose,'' will undoubtedly appreciate, even though at times this English translation appears unable to capture the sparkling tone of the Italian. It begins with the discovery by Mr. Redondi in 1982 of a document relating to ''The Assayer'' in the files of the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, usually called the Holy Office. In it an anonymous contemporary informer claimed that the brilliant pamphlet contained a defense of atomism that could be used by Protestants who disputed the church's doctrine of transubstantiation - the changing of bread and wine into the body and blood of Christ. The accusation, Mr. Redondi claims, was one of extreme gravity in the tense atmosphere of Counter-Reformation theology. The Council of Trent in the 16th century had defined the Eucharistic doctrine in Aristotelian terminology. As Mr. Redondi convincingly argues, the debate over the theory of the Eucharist and the real presence of Christ in the Sacrament came to involve theologians and natural philosophers alike. Roman Catholic theologians, defending the doctrine of the real presence, insisted on the acceptance of the Aristotelian theory of matter, since the Council had couched the doctrine in Aristotelian terms. They felt that accepting a rival theory of matter, such as atomism, would trap one into denying the true presence.
....................................

Almost 400 years or earth orbits have elapsed since the deaths Galileo and Johanes Kepler who was the first known astronomer in the history of archeo-astronomy to have not just believed that the earth may move around the sun but who PROVED IT !Although the Mayan astronomers like the Egyptian and Babylonian astronomers were quite impressive in some  their observational skills and the early agricultural civilizations that fed and nourished their both their bodies and minds provided the affluence to devote their lives to nightly observations of stars ansd planets and record them for posterity as well as for practical applications in the agrarian culture they were part of so that they could help illiterate farmers know when it was time to planet their grains and beans and other essential crops,we have no reason to believe or proof, that any of them had
ever believed in in,much less proved and quantified the earth's orbit around the sun until the German Calvanist Protestant Johaness Kepler, who not only proved the planets of the solar system orbited the sun but that their orbits were not circular but eliptical and at points of the ellipses in which a planet was-is further from the sun the planet slows in speed and when the planets are closer to the sun in their elliptial orbits their excellerate in speed.
Also the fact that the Maya were among the only civilizations to independentally conceive of the concept of zero - a concept also attributed to the Hindues of India in the 'Old World',is another example of their free thinking at its best as well as their development of phonetic writing and of course the archtectiural as well as hydroolic and irrigation works and agricultrure abilities in general. However we shall get to their agricultural failure soon enough and how and why it applies to the pope's misconceptions about conception and science or agriculatural history. While the Mayan 13 Baktun will come to an end on December 21,2012 it will therefore be the beginning of 14 Baktun. Long before 14 Baktun comes to an end and regardless of other potential mainly human created environmental disasters that are increasing and may unfold before the nerxt 14 Baktun comes to an end - we will cetrtainly deplete outr reserves of mined fertilizers most particlualarly

(In my opinion the above statement is not entirely correct nor fair to Johanes Kepler.WhileTycho Brahe was in many ways a spoiled Swedish aristocrat who had a silver nose due to the fact his was cut off in a sword duel,Johanes Kepler came from humble origens and was lucky to have received a free education.Kepler did NOT just take Tycho Brahe's 'painstakingly collected' data - Johanes Kepler also and only by expressing much humility to this spoiled aristocrat ,who refused to accept planetary orbits, was able to make use of Tycho Brahe's astrolabe , that he himself did not own nor could afford,in order to calculate the movement of

planets for himself and of course for posteity and to prove what Galileo and Copernicus only guessed was thew case.)

Pope's Misconceptions about conception and science history

Tony Ryals | 29.10.2005 06:40 | Culture | Ecology | Gender

The pope's apparent ignorance of science history and modern agricultural technology obscures from his vision the disastrous effects of his policy of unchecked population growth on future generations who will find "no food on the table" nor the resources with which to grow it. This ignorance also shows that the pope has no more expertise in the fields of agricultural science, population planning, or resoure management than the pope in Galileo's time did in the area of astronomy.

Pope John Paul II may be gone but Pope Benedict XVI maintains a tradition of ignorance and human materialism that has no justification even in a literal interpretation of the Bible and only insures perpetual human ignorance and misery.

And this statement goes double for the fundamentalist protestants such as America's Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell and their ilk, who have promoted human ignorance, hatred, and greed everyday of their worthless lives.

Pope's Stances Lack Scientific Basis
by Tony Ryals
The Daily Californian September 22, 1987

On Nov. 10, 1979, a meeting was held in Rome by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences in honor of the 100th year anniversary of the birth of Albert Einstein. The meeting marked the first time in the history of the church, since the formation of its own science academy, that any pope had presided over such a session.

This meeting of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences may well be more memorable for Pope John Paul II's statements regarding science, Galileo, and the church than for the honoring of the centenary of the birth of Einstein himself.

In discussing the case of Galileo and the church, Pope John Paul II addressed the academy as follows:

"Mr.President, you said very rightly that Galileo and Einstein each characterized an era. The greatness of Galileo is recognized by all, as is that of Einstein, but while today we honor the latter before the College of Cardinals in the apostolic palace, the former had to suffer much - we cannot deny it - from men and orgainzations within the church. The Vatican Council has recognized and deplored unwarranted interferences..."

Approximately one year after his Pontifical Academy of Science speech on Galileo, the pope, in criticizing what he termed "artificial" methods birth control, made a notable statement on modern agriculture, simultaneously. The pope stated:

"There are attacks on fecundity itself with means that human and Christian ethics must consider illicit... Instead of increasing the amount of bread on the table of a hungry humanity as a modern means of production can do today, there are thoughts of diminishing the number of those at the table through methods that are contrary to honesty. This is not worthy of civilization."

Now that the pope has pardoned Galileo for telling the church that the earth is in orbit around the sun, it is time to tell the pope that the other half of Aristotle's church-approved cosmology has also come unglued. The "Four Element" concept (earth, air, fire and water) was the other half of the Aristotelian Earth-centered universe adopted by St.Thomas Aquinas in the 13th century.

Although the Renaissance astronomers successfully challenged Aristotle's and the church's geocentric universe several centuries later, atoms still had not been discovered. For this reason the Four Elements remained intact and unchallenged long after the death of Galileo in 1642.

The discovery of atoms in the last couple of centuries has totally transformed our concept of elements. The former "elements", earth and air, are both composed of a variety of elements. We now know that even the ancient element "water" can be further divided into the elements of hydrogen and oxygen. And the element "fire" is now understood to be a form of radiation.

Justus Von Liebig, the 19th century father of agricultural chemistry, and other pioneering chemists did to Aristotle's Four Elements what the Renaissance astronomers did to Aristotle's concept of the Earth as the center of the universe - they overturned it!

Liebig first pointed out the for plants to utilize carbon dioxide in the air for growth, they must have adequate amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in their soil. Unfortunately, in popularizing the N,P,K concept of modern chemical agriculture, Liebig paved the way for overreliance upon energy-intensive fossil fuel consumption in the mining of phosphorus and potassium as well as in industrial production of nitrogen fertilizers.

We now know that for every orbit of the Earth around the sun - one year - the pope, each member of the Catholic Church, and everyone else on the planet consumes in their food and excretes from their bodies approximately two pounds of phosphorus and various quantities of nitrogen, calcium, potassium, iron, and other trace elements. All these elements generally go unrecycled, often into rivers and oceans or even municipal dumps, further enriching fertilizer industries (who will sell the farmers more for a price) at the expense of the Earth's non-renewable mineral nutrient resources.

When the remaining fossil fuels, particularly natural gas, are exhausted, only bacteria and blue-green algae utilizing phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements in "soil-culture" and "aqua-culture" will be likely candidates to fix atmospheric nitrogen for agricultural fertilization.

Both the trade of grains and the direct trade of phosphates speed the depletion of our limited reserves of phosphate rock in the United States, which comes mainly from mining operations in Florida. Deposits in Idaho are also being mined, at present, and Armand Hammer of Occidental Petroleum has eyed public land near Ojai, Calif. to strip-mine for phosphates.

We should realize the need to conserve our dwindling reserves of phosphates for future generations. The United States not long ago was a net exporter of petroleum, but now we are importers. The same situation could occur with phosphates if we refuse to learn from the past. Some researchers have suggested that we may become dependent upon yet a new OPEC (or Organization of Phosphate Exporting Countries), such as  Morocco, with its relatively large rock phosphate reserves.

The U.S. General Accounting Office estimates that our reserves of phosphorus will be depleted some time in the next century. This will inevitably lead to a food and population crisis that will make our oil crisis seem minor by comparison.

The nutrients that subsidize the life of the pope, and everyone on the planet, are a finite resource. Unless the pope realizes the seriousness of the linear flow of elements through himself and the rest of humanity, he shall be partly responsible for contributing to the collapse of modern agriculture.

To sum up, Pope John Paul II is as confused about the movement of atoms as the pope of Galileo's time was about the movement of the Earth and celestial bodies. Based upon the rate of depletion of chemical fertilizers, the present pope does not have 300 years to re-evaluate his view on modern agriculture and birth control. The question still remains as to why the Pontifical Academy of Sciences has not made this disastrous movement of atoms clear to the pope.

Coffee Berries preserved in honey, better than Asia's 'Dragon Eye' Fruit or Cherries ?

Coffee Berries preserved in honey, better than Asia's  'Eye of the Dragon' Fruit or Cherries ?

I t has been several several years now, sometime after the U.S.stock crash scam of 2008 I believe, since I discovered how to preserve coffee berries or 'cherries',(cerezas de cafe),,as they are called in Spanish,by cooking them in honey over low temperature in a big pot on the stove for several hours. It was because I was discussing our cocao honey chocolate with a doctor from Texas and the anti-oxydants and medicinal benefits discovered about cacao beans in recent years and the medical investigations of the Kuna Indians of Panama who are perhaps the biggest consumers of hot chocolate in the world that led the doctor to informe me that coffee berries,i.e.-the little red fruit around coffee beans,(generally their are two coffee beans in each berry or sometimes only one, called a 'peaberry' in english or caracol' in spanish,or occasionaly 3),had recently become known for their anti-oxydent content and were being used in both in cosmetic or skin car products as well as in beverages .So because we had pioneered the use of bee honey to sweeten and make cacao or natural chocolate bars,I thought I'd give preserving Antigua Guatemala coffee berries in honey a shot. And it works and although I believe a sugar syrup would also work to make a candy I still have my bias towards honey preservation.

Dragon Eye Fruit

Longan, Dragon Eye Fruit, (Trái Nha~n) - Dimocarpus longana
Very nice fruit tree with double bright green leaves and beautiful beige fruits in upright clusters.
Euphoria Fruit (Euphoria longan) is a small, round, undistinguished-looking fruit. The brittle light brown skin encloses delicious translucent, juicy soft flesh around a single large, black inedible pit. The Chinese name for this fruit is long yan rou, which literally means “dragon eye flesh”. In the grocery markets, Euphoria fruits are simply known as longans. Longan is consumed throughout Asia and is a major crop in Thailand.

Ghirardelli Broma:Chocomuseo Alain Schneider, thechocolatelife.con Clay Gordon promote fraudulent cocoa butter claim,Why ?
by Tony Ryals

Before beginning this blog and my continued complaint and further documentation of the Chocomuseo chain in Peru,Guatemala,Nicaragua, etc.,of Alain Schneider and his girlfriend and their involvement in the Ghirardelli lie along with Clay Gordon the self promoting,'chocolate expert',who acknowledges involvement with myriad 'start up' companies that sound like stock fraud money laundering ops,I thought I'd provide this link from an ex member of his website who also feels their is something unethical and sleazy about Clay Gordon.

Why I left The Chocolate Life forum | Cocoa and Chocolate

tava.com.au/blog/why-i-left-the-chocolate-life-forum/
by Samantha Madell
 14 Oct 2012
I joined Clay Gordon's discussion forum The Chocolate Life in mid 2008. In late 2010 I left The Chocolate Life forum because I was being asked to censor myself by Clay Gordon. As a consquence, I felt that The Chocolate Life was no longer a place where I could speak the truth and encourage high standards of honesty and integrity in the chocolate industry..........

Although Clay Gordon publicly prides himself on questioning and criticising chocolate manufacturers’ claims that “don’t match reality”, he responded very negatively to my questioning and criticism of Zokoko (despite the fact that my position was supported by strong evidence). Clay’s response to me, via email, was to state (in part):
“… TheChocolateLife is not a peer-reviewed scien-fucking-tific journal.”

“… you carry this chip on your shoulder of “scrupulously truthfulness” and wield it like it were a blunt instrument.”

“… You’re not wrong, but you’re not right either, and you fail – at least apparently – to consider anything from any perspective but your own.”

“… People in Australia might start wondering what your motivations are”
In saying these things to me, I felt that Clay betrayed both our friendship and his own integrity, and, by attempting to make me worry about what “people in Australia” might think of my motives, he implied that bluntly exposing the truth is somehow dirtier than attempting to profit by deceiving your customers.
Clay continued his criticism of me over 5 separate emails, listing my numerous personal and professional failings, and basically pressuring me to stop asking “awkward” and “difficult” questions – but, above all, to stop presenting facts in the blunt manner that feels as natural to me as breathing......
I anticipate that, sooner or later, someone will claim that Zokoko simply made an honest mistake by claiming that all their beans were certified organic. But here’s the thing: when you really care about organic production, and the health of cocoa growers and the environment – as I do – you don’t accidentally buy beans grown on a plantation owned by a large corporate chemical trader, where chlorpyrifos is sprayed quite openly, and then accidentally tell your customers that all the beans you buy are certified organic. So, just to be perfectly clear, I do not accept the “honest mistake” excuse.-Samantha Madell

.................................

Below,I will provide link to  my original article and blog post explaning why the Ghirardelli San Francisco chocolate company's,(now owned by Lindt & Sprüngli who deserve some criticism or legal action from consumers for maintaining this fraudulant claim), claim that they produce cocoa butter from the so-called 'broma process'  is a complete fraud and lie,you can see my recently rediscovered photo of the poster from the Chocomuseo Antigua,Guatemala  wall taken around Easter of this year  where Alain Schneider of France or Canada,or his girlfriend or both,we're not sure, lied about the Chocomuseo chain,(that he dreams of  turning into the Starbucks or MacDonalds of chocolate,ha),makes their own cocoa butter from the Ghirardelli 'broma process' ! In spanish the word 'broma' means joke.In this case the term should just mean fraudulant lie !

  Hi Marc,
I almost thought I'd never find the photo you sent me from Chocomuseo. Now that I have I only wish to thank you profusely. However I have a technical problem.I want so badly to transfer it to my website but I can't cut and paste it because of the format I believe. But I'll show how dirty they play.Had you not got this sooner after my complaint and post about them all would have disappeared and their lies about using the Ghirardelli 'broma process' with it.
Note by searching their site for cocoa butter what I found. Now they say they DON'T USE COCOA BUTTER LIKE ALL OTHER SUGAR CHOCOLATE MAKERS,BUT INSTEAD DO JUST WHAT I SAID WE DO IN MY ARTICLE CRITICIZING THEM - THEY SAY THEY JUST USE THE BUTTER THAT'S IN THE BEAN WHICH I'M SURE IS A LIE JUST AS THEIR LIE ABOUT GETTING THEIR COCOA BUTTER FROM THE, HEE, 'BROMA PROCESS'. !

Here is Alain Schneider's knew lie-con which is to claim what he does with his junk sugar
bar is exactly as I explained it should be done with honey, that is only the whole beans 52 % butter or fat content without adding an additional cocoa butter  from the hydrolic press or as he has previously lied, from the, HA HA, 'broma process'.

At ChocoMuseo we have our own factory. While visiting the museum, you will be able to see it, and observe how we produce chocolate right from the beans.

Our chocolate is made of organic cacao beans from the country where we are located. At ChocoMuseo, we use a handicraft manufacturing process, which is quite close to the industrial process that is described in the following diagram:

The main difference lies in the pressing, that separates the chocolate powder form the cacao butter. At ChocoMuseo, we do not need to achieve that step: Indeed, we do not add additional cacao butter to the recipe, and that's one of the reasons why our chocolate is so tasty!

Note that if you peruse my blogs from earlier this year about our cacao honey bars and basic chocolate confectionary chocolate made from only cacao-honey that I will provide links to at bottom, you will see that Alain Shneider's and his girlfriend's and whole unidentified gang of chocolate egotists and monopolists who NEVER created anything knew but always copy others, and obviously backers behind the scenes to set up phony and expensive  chocolate 'education' classes at expensive prices that in fact hide their own choclate making procedure so that they can lie about m,aking cocoa butter from the Ghirardelli 'broma process' which is a fraudulent lie by Ghirardelli and their Swiss owners that has been perpetuated by thechocolatelife's self proclaimed 'chocolate expert' and now by this plastic or processed sugar-chocolate corporation with Alain Schneider most obviosly at its titular head, who has spread the fraudulent lie and even claims that he makes his own cocoa butter in Peru and Guatemala and Nicaragua, etc, with the Ghirardelli 'broma process' while his corporate stock fraud suspect Clay Gordon eggs him on to tell the lie rather than correcting it ! Now he has chosen to pretend he never wrote and posted it on his wall in Antigua and that other than using sugar,(glazed I presume although he'll find a way to bs about that as well),that he does exactly what I explained we do at the Tostaduria Antigua,i.e.-use only the cocao or cacao butter that is in the bean which is approximately 52%.It interesting to note that while for unknowledgeable tourists his over expensive 'class' is a diversion,it is a diversion in more ways than one - because of those whom I've spoken to there is always a bait and switch and no one has ever seen a bar made from start to finish ! But they are made to believe they have.

Here is a quote from my article own cacao honey bars and natural confectioniers choclate  made from our simple 50% honey-50% cacao bean ground formula that now Alain Schneider claims to do wIth his sugar chocolate making.Actually while we at the Tostaduria Antigua  learned or dicovered or invented caoa-honey bars by NOT taking lessons from or copying U.S.or European sugar chocolate makers as did Alain Schneiider and his gang of self promoters ,internet ranking manipulaters and pseudo experts,I did however, out of curiosity, once buy some cocoa powder and cocoa butter and glazed sugar that are or have been the basic ingrediebnts they really use,and heated and stirred them togther, certainly not nor hours or days with a plastic stirring and heating 'machine' called a melanger or whatever that they laughably use,but I just stirred the three ingredients togather using a spoon. It tasted as good or as common as any sugar and processed cocoa butter and cocoa powder from Hershey's or Nestle's etc. - but that's just NOT what we do ! We invented a new simple method that while requiring unprocessed cacao rather than additional cocoa butter and finely ground poweder is simply cacoa beans ground with honey. It is more like a meal compared to Chocomuseo or Ghirardelli or Nestle or Hershey  processed sugar chocolate .And even though Chocomuseo has tried to hide it's original ie about making their own cocoa butter from the Ghirardelli 'broma' or 'joke' in spanish, process ansd now they lie about not using cocoa butter at all - but yet they make theire white choclate sugar confection still ! Are they saying they now buy convectional cocoa butter imported or otherwise made by the Durch press method invented and used since 1825 because you can't extract cocoa butter from any 'broma' proceewss as they and Ghirardelli lie about doingf - or just where do they now get their cocoa butter for that !?
Also my apologies for comparing Alain Schneider's and hius girlfriend's with Hershey's or Nestle's or even Ghirardelli's as this is probably an insuklt to the products of those companies.

I have also seen corporate 'dark chocolate' that even contained hydrogenated fat rather than all cocoa butter and it would be quite common to have 'dark chocolate' that while not having either milk or processed cocoa butter substitutes, often contain 65% or so cocoa butter rather than the truly 'natural' cacao we make at the Tostaduria Antigua that in keeping with te Mayan gods and nature has only a bit over 50% but also no less just as nature intended a whole cocoa bean 'powder' to cocoa butter ratio to be.And that way no one gets confused and 'accidentally' replaces real cocoa butter with a synthetic hydrogenated fat substitute.- Tony Ryals)

So Mark,if you still have the photo in digital form mayber tghere is still a way to put it directly on my site because it is much more powerful then having to provide a link to document his and his internet spamming gangs lies. They have complete control over tripadviser and all sorts of employees and related scamsters to spam it with praise for themselves.Just google search 'chocomuseo' or chocomuseo antigua' and see for yourself their spamming ability.Because they are involved with thechocolatelife.con website with that con artist who claims to have been involved with myriad 'start up' companies which generally means money laundering penny stocks and because he is a main spammer about the Ghirardelli broma process lie for some reason they are a definite sleazy bunch.

......................................

In spanish  'broma' means joke........

From Ghirardelli's own website with claim that Mr.Domingo Ghirardelli  discovers or invents a 'broma' process to separate cocoa butter from cocoa powder in 1865.:

1865: Around this time, someone in the Ghirardelli Company makes an important observation—by hanging a bag of chocolate in a warm room, the cocoa butter drips out, leaving a residue that can be processed into ground chocolate. This technique, called the Broma process, is now generally used in the manufacture of chocolate........

ghirardelli.com/about/history.aspxCached
1998: Lindt and Sprungli Chocolate out of Switzerland acquires Ghirardelli Chocolate Company as a wholly owned subsidiary of its holding company.
(So does Ghirardelli 's owner,Lindt and Sprungli, have any responsibility for what so far appears to be a fraudulant claim that Ghirardelli Chocolate Company makes its cocoa butter from the Ghirardelli 'broma process' ? How many people may have bought their chocolate based upon this apparently incorrect assumption ? How much longer will Ghirardelli and Lindt and Sprungli maintain this lie on their website that misleads consumers to say the least ?)

Kenneth:
With respect to your question about how warm the answer is the warmer the better. The higher the temperature the more fluid the fat in the chocolate liquor will be. If you have a cabinet or room where you can control the temperature I'd start about 115F to see how that works and then increase by 5F increments to see how that affects things.

With respect to the fineness of the mesh. I would line a burlap sack with 2 or more layers of cheesecloth. The burlap will provide strength, the cheesecloth will strain the butter through while keeping the larger particles from seeping  out.-Clay Gordon

(P.S.:This self claimed chocolate 'expert', Clay Gordon, sounds like a shifty character in the first place to me as one who has been ripped off in 'penny stock' scams. He says on one site that he was a part in a number of unnamed 'start up companies' that he apparently isn't too proud of are he would have named them.'Start up companies' generally  is a nice way of saying penny stock pump and dump scams that generally require dubious underworld or Washington D.C. and or UK or Israeli connections to be part of the stock share money laundering activities they entail with shares that the corrupt U.S.SEC purposefully doesn't audit.I'm not saying this is true of the 'start up' companies he mentions or doesn't mention as the case may be but.... and he likes to hang out in Bangcock of all places.I want even ask why.)

One is tempted to believe that perhaps in addition to his chocolate business Mr. Domingo Ghirardelli  may have also been the proprietor of the first gay bath house in gay old San Francisco in 1865 and somehow got distracted and left his ground cocoa beans in the sauna. If you have ever lived in SF and realise that the temperatures that are being thrown about for this so-called 'Ghirardelli broma process' rarely or never occur in San Francisco and that with the normally incoming coastal fog in the Bay Area during the summer that leave one,in addition to the cold fog, a wind chill that is quite cold if you are not covered up, then you begin to see the 'cacao broma process' to be a particularly funny San Francisco type of joke.Although it has been disputed as to whether the great American writer Mark Twain ever said this line attributed to him, however erroneously, he or someone most certainly did more than once during their summer vacation in SF, -"The coldest winter I ever saw was the summer I spent in San Francisco." - This quote has been attributed to Mark Twain, but until the attribution can be verified, ...
www.twainquotes.com/SanFrancisco.html

The following is info gathered re the so-called 'broma process' or myth or lie that  I began investigating shortly after a Mr.or Monsieur Alain Schneider of Alsace,France and Choco Museo or Chocolate Museum fame  wandered into the Tostaduria Antigua and snickered when I explained that we weren't like any other chocolate bar maker particularly chocolate candy maker in Antigua or Belgium for that matter, because all we did were 'natural cacao' with honey, not sugared candy bars per se.In fact I have often said that Belgian chocolate makers would do well to come here to take lessons in our simple cacao-honey bar process. If his business that misuses and abuses the true definition of museum were really a museum and he had a true interst in cacao history rather being like his heroes  the cacao industrialists Mr.Hershey and Mr.Nestle who used the Dutch Houton cocoa butter fat-cocoa powder separation  process and industrial machinery to pervert the pre 19th century cacao beans for their financial gain and the cacao beans rape and degradation,he could easily verify that in 2005 when we began making simple light roasted and ground cacao beans mixed with honey, that neither removed nor added cacao butter to the bean nor separated the bean into its constituent butter and powder only to bring them back together again generally in worse condition than before they were separated at over 6,000 pounds per square inch using an industrial press,(and certainly NOT the Ghirardelli
'broma process' he lies about),then he would have to acknowledge that we in at the Tostaduria Antigua in Antigua Guatemala and certainly not the industrial over kill states of Europe or the U.S. whose out of control industrialism is killing us all WERE THE FIRST TO MAKE A NATURAL CACAO-HONEY BAR FOR SOME STRANGE REASON. CERTAINLY BELGIAN 'CHOCOLATIERS FOR INSTANCE NEVER DID SO, OR AM I WRONG ?Have any Belgian or other chocolate bar  makers been doing simple bars with unprocessed cacao beans lightly roasted and ground  then combining honey only to sweeten the bars ? In searching the internet since 2005 I certainly haven't found any and we appear to be the first based on our 2005 staring date........

I would also like to point out than another of Clay Gordon's thechocolatelife members,Emily Stone, who has a juvenile self promoting pseudo-chocolate authority website used mainly to self pet her ego and promote her friends chgoclate businrsses is Emily Stone of chocolateincontext,a website that could not be more out of context in regards to real issues and information about chocolate. She actually tried to steal and take credit for my research into pataxte or Theobroma bicolor and totally blew it,picking immature fruit and seeds from a tree and not even being able to grid the seeds and thinking for some reason they had to be 'fermented' which would only change their milk taste, she then said the seeds taste like 'unleavened matza' !Miss Stone should realise that cacao is Mayan and NOT 'Jewish' !Miss Stone purposely pretended not to realise that what she was told by me was that our main innovation in chocolatre or natural cacao bars was use of honey instead of sugar.Instead she said we were doing something 'funny' with chocolate,we putting cinnamon in it !We hardly ever use cinnamaon except with our Coban honey chile bars and further more if sdhe weren't so ignorant of Mexican and Guatemalan 'traditional' chocolate or cacao makers she would know that nothing could be more common than to put cinnamon in the heavily sugared 'traditional' choclate that they make for drinking purposes ! No it's honey and NOT CINNAMON THAT THAT OUR INNOVATION and this allows one to make a VERY edible bar that in truth is of higher quality than any sugar chocolate bar on the market instead of simply making a 'traditional' sugar honey bar as do CVhocomuseo ansd all of Clay Gordon's and Emily  Gordon's buddies chocolate WHOSE PRODUCTS THEY TOUT AS IF THEY WERE CHEAP PENNY STOCKS !
Because this is right out of Ripley's Believe It Or Not or Art Linkletter's old 'Children Say the Darndest Things' catagory I will provide link of Emily Stone's attempted rip off of my discovery of pataxte and realization that it could be a 'REAL' white choclate instead of the fat or cocoa butter sugar white choclate that is on the market today and is the only white chocolate known.,At the time I simply had found a cxouple of pataxts seeds in my  100 pound sacks of cacao and didn't have enough to grind and was stupid enough to tell her and her dishonest friends that include a Mr.Eichenberg who never even bothered to inform me he was starting a sugar chocolate bar business that Emily Stone was promoting !Note how another member of the sleazebag  Gordon Clay's group  says they found 'a bit of Pataxte here in Guatemala. Going to make Hot chocolate with it soon.' This is ALL because Iam the one who made my discovery and insights freely available to anyone coming to Tostaduria Antigua ! I am glad to say that not most of the people who buy our coffede or cacao are low life plagiarizers and theifs as are Clay Gordon's crowd ! I also provide a link to my rebuttal of Emily Stone'sa verbal plagiarism of my idea re pataxte as a real white chocolate for comparison that was written after she made a fool of herself and compared it to 'Passover matzo'! In light of Israel's involvement in and profit from the Mayan holocaust in Guatemala in the 1980's you'd think she'd be ashamed ! First link is from her website launding and  fawning overover Clay Gordon like he's the Second Coming.
